Yesterday, while I was at work, my sister stole my iphone and tested to see if it can survive a 40 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this is totally off topic but I had to share it with someone!

This would have been perfect during my trip back from Italy. We had just 30 minutes to get off the plane, through customs and back onto the next plane. Scooter = better than running. Definitely adding this to my wish-list.

There is red tide every year in Alaska yearly. And the beach was glowing blue from the phosphorescent bacteria that cause it. In January. Every where you stepped it twinkled blue like stars. Ps don’t eat shellfish in in Juneau AK right now usually safe this time of year. I’ve never seen the beach glowing under snow before. Red tides usually a summer/ warmer weather phenomenon here.
