Double Rainbow In San Diego

California, Pics & Vids, United States

It’s Apocalypse Watch here in Southern California.  When we receive our annual two days of rain, the news stations call it Storm Watch and seek out the biggest puddle in the Southland to show locals how inconvenient and terrifying the mild downpour is.

But this current storm is much worse.  We haven’t seen anything like this in a LONG time.  Today was actually the first day I’d ever heard the Emergency Broadcast System on the radio.  And for that reason, the news is making it out to seem like the End of Days is at hand.

Despite the impending annihilation of mankind, one can find something beautiful.  Here’s a great shot of a double rainbow my mom captured on her way home from San Diego
