Men Drive 276 Miles Lost Every Year

Men who don’t suck it up and ask for directions are not just wasting their time… they’re wasting their money.
A new study from an insurance company called Sheilas’ Wheels has found that the average male drives 276 miles while lost every year.
With the average price of gas at $2.70 a gallon, that’s about $33 dollars down the drain every year. That might not sound like much, but add it up over the course of your life and think about what you could do with that money saved.
While 74% of women said they had no problem pulling over and asking for directions, men were much more stubborn.
25% of men said they wouldn’t ask for directions until they were lost for at least half an hour. And 10% said they wouldn’t ask at all. Yeah, they would just keep on driving into the next state and still insist they’re going the right way.
Of the men that eventually pull over at the behest of their pissed off girlfriends, 40% said they wouldn’t even trust or follow the directions they were given.
We know that sounds bad, but ladies, let’s not forget how many horror movies start with a guy pulling over to ask for directions and end with him getting murdered after being lured down the wrong path. So consider a man’s cynicism his way of saying “I love you and I don’t want anything to happen to you.” Makes getting lost sound romantic, doesn’t it?

LOL!!!
